Crochet Party: Shore Thing Scarf day one

Yay! We’ve arrived at the crochet party house! Last night we went for a lovely evening walk in the woods to check out the gorgeous fall colors.

Tiny Girl turned into a wood sprite and used her magic wand to cast spells on the trees to “be prettiest”.

Then, after a quick trip to the local health food store, we returned home to eat dinner, have cake, and start the crochet party pattern. Here’s the yarn we’re using. Mine is the pink-ish one.

Little Dog was kinda sad that she couldn’t crochet with us, so she went and got her bunny, and settled in to watch our progress.

We watched this week’s Project Runway episode while we worked. I was exhausted and had to go to bed around 11. I know, what a party pooper! I think I only got 2 rows done:

This morning I was the first one up. Well, actually Tiny was. I made tea to warm up. It’s so chilly up here already!! I had cake and chicken apple sausage for breakfast.

Perfect crochet party fuel. We settled in to work about an hour ago. I took this progress shot to show how pretty the yarns look in this project.

Love it!! Well back to the party! You can join us if you wanna! The pattern for the shore thing scarf is in yesterday’s post and you can follow our progress on instagram. I’m @indielovely or you can search the hash tags #crochetparty #shorethingscarf or #lovelycrochetparty -if you do decide to join us, tag your pics so we can see them! The more the merrier!
